Urgent requests are typically related to major mechanical systems (HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical). Using caution and acting in a safe and prudent manner, the homeowner should immediately turn off the utility that is not properly functioning and contact the mechanical contractor as soon as possible.

The contractor emergency phone numbers are provided in your homeowner information packet during the closing process.

If no one can be contacted at those numbers, please follow these steps:

  1. During Construction Business Hours (Mon–Fri, 8:00am to 5:00pm):
Urgent warranty requests can be handled directly by calling the Construction office in your community.
  2. After Construction Business Hours:
Call the sales office in your community. A salesperson will contact the appropriate construction staff to address the problem immediately.

* Note: Warranty coverage may be administered through an authorized 3rd party warranty provider.
